A. Please see the

Reference countries are; South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia

Inquiry
Once we
receive the inquiry from you, we will ask you the details of your
requirement (i.e. automaker, car type, manufacture year, body color,
etc.) and your budget, so on. We will review your request
and let you know if the vehicle is in our stock or not.

your
car from the Auction
If the vehicle is not in our
stock, we will search and
find your vehicle from the several auto auctions in Japan. Then we will quote you a price and give you vehicle's
specs and details.

Payment
When
you decide to buy the vehicle, we will send you an official Proforma Invoice. We will require the full payment by Telegraphic Transfer
(bank-to-bank-wire-transfer - TT) or make a payment at our local office
in Tanzania.

**JAAI
and EAA inspection and shipment
After confirm the payment,
we go to the
deregistration process and apply the export certification, then take a
vehicle to the JAAI and EAA inspection. During this process, we reserve a
space on the ship heading to your port, and we bring the vehicle to a
port.
** JAAI
and EAA inspection is not required except in the case of export to
Tanzania.

Key

After
the shipping we will send you a key, Export Certificate, JAAI
Certificate and B/L via courier (EMS).

Arrival
Notice
You
will be notified a few days before the arrival of your vehicle by the
shipping agent. Then you will pick up your car after the Customs
clearance.

| Q. Which
auction are you belong to? |
| A. We are a member of USS, JU,
TAA(Toyota) and NAA(Nissan) which are the biggest used vehicle auctions
with the nationwide networks in Japan. We participate in these major
auctions every day to get a wide range of vehicles for their best deal. |

| Q. What are JAAI and EAA? |
A. JAAI (Japan Auto Appraisal Institute)
are the inspection agency for second-hand Japanese cars, which was
established in 1966 under the approval of the Ministry of International
Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Transport.
EAA is
nominated by Tanzania Bureau of Standards as the Agency to conduct
pre-export road worthiness inspection of used motor vehicles from Japan
and Dubai destined for use within the United Republic of Tanzania. |

inspected at JAAI and EAA? |
| A. As well as the interior and exterior of
vehicles, the speed meter, brakes, wheel alignment, emission gas, the
light, vehicle chassis and all other essential parts will be inspected
by full-trained expert staff. |

| Q. What is
the standard of the JAAI and EAA inspection? |
| A. While the standard on vehicle safety is
differ from each country, JAAI and EAA are conducting the inspections
very flexibly according to each country's regulation. After the vehicle
get pass the inspection, a certificate sticker will be attached to the
vehicle and an English certificate will be issued by JAAI. |

| A. Yes, you need to pay the additional
charges for terminal container handling, customs clearance,
documentation and delivery at your port. |

| A. The customs clearance laws and the
regulations on importing vehicles are differ from each country, please
contact the local customs office and ask the requirements for importing
a vehicle to your country. |

| A. When the arrival date of your vehicle
is notified by the shipping agent, you need to decide to use your own
means to handle the container or use the services of local agents. If
